How do I buy tickets to attend an event?
You can purchase tickets directly through our website or by downloading our free Clic app from the Apple App Store. The app is currently available for iOS only.
Can I come solo?
Absolutely! Most people come solo, the goal is to meet new people. Our hosts are avaialble throughout the entire event if you need someone to talk to.
What is the Clic app for?
Clic is a social app that helps you meet new people who share your interests. We now added our events feature which allows you to join the event group chat and get to know people before you even arrive. You do not need the app to purchase tickets or attend the event.
Do I need the app to attend an event?
No. You can buy tickets and attend the event without the app, but the app unlocks the event group chat so you can meet people before you arrive and stay in touch after the event.
How do I access the event group chat in the Clic app?
You must purchase tickets in order to be able to join the event group chat in the Clic app. If you purchased your tickets directly in the app, you will see the option to join the chat. If you purchased your tickets outside the app, you just need to go into the event on the app and tap "Enter your code here". Your code is your Eventbrite Order # that is in the confirmation email after you purchased your ticket. Once you submit that code you will have the option to join the group chat.
Is the app available on Android?
Clic is currently iOS only. We're working on an Android version, but you don't need the app to purchase tickets or attend the event.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are permitted unless the event is cancelled. If something comes up we can offer credit for a future event.
